Christmas was Saved

I ordered the necklace for my mother-in-law who had recently lost my father-in-law. It was a Christmas Gift and the product I ordered was gold. I received silver. I was frantic as it was just 3 days to Christmas. I emailed the company immediately about the error and believe it or not I received the correct product on Christmas Eve. I was totally impressed with the customer service and response time.
