Prestige Memorial was very helpful, they made sure that they had the Urn I wanted in stock and made sure I knew that it had changed from the older model so I was not surprised. Processing and shipping was great and I am very happy with the results.

Although it's convenient to order from a Web site and never talk to a person, in this case customer service really saved the day. When the urn I needed ASAP wasn't available, another one that was nearly identical was suggested. Before she died, my sister selected a particular urn (Modern) but after she died I could not get the urn in time for its placement in the cemetery niche. The one suggested was the same shape and from the same manufacturer (Primrose) but a slightly different color and design. I was able to get it in time for her service and I think she would have liked it just as much as the one she chose.
