Product Description:

The Worry Memory Stones are dichroic glass keepsakes with a small amount of your loved ones ashes fused between layers of glass. Each of our Memory Keepsake consists of 3 layers of glass. The bottom layer is black glass with an iridized back, the middle layer is comprised of several pieces of different colored dichroic glass with the top layer being a cap of clear glass. The ashes are fused between the bottom layer & dichroic glass layers. There are two styles available; visible ash keepsakes which have a clear piece of dichroic and non visible keepsakes which have the ashes “hidden” behind a piece of opaque dichroic glass.
The keepsakes are placed in a kiln, which goes through a heating cycle that takes 4 hours until the kiln reaches 1500 degrees F then the pendant goes through a cooling period of approximately 12 hours before it can be taken out of the kiln.
Each piece of dichroic glass has three colors associated with it: a reflected color, a transmitted color and a third reflective color that can be viewed at a 45-degree angle. This causes the glass to change color as the light hits it from different angles. The complexity in creating this special glass and the fact that it is somewhat unpredictable to work with makes every Memory Keepsakes a one-of-a-kind creation.
Once your order was placed we will send you a pre-paid kit which contains a vial and instructions. When receiving the kit you would place the ashes in a vial and mail it back to us.
